Newly recruited personnel are thoroughly verified for their characters, criminal records, last 5 years of employment records, Academic Certificates records, etc. In the case of armed guards (if employed) only for the Cash –in –Transit, Armed Guard service for the Bank and Arms licenses are strictly checked and verified by the issuing authorities. We provide in-house (Classroom, Physical and Professional) training for 28 days to ensure that the guards deployed for various clients are properly trained and developed the necessary skills required to perform security duties. For continuous performance improvement, we also provide On Job Training to our Security Personnel The supervisor closely monitors and guides their subordinates, Refresher / Re-certification Training carried over as per the training calendar, and Specialized Training as and when required. 

We recruit managerial level personnel with having experience in serving from retired armed forces or Para-Military force service personnel. Professionals from various corporations are also employed in HR, Administration, Accounts & Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Operations. For the field force, we prefer to employ people of 22 to 40 years of age group so that they are physically and mentally fit to perform their responsibilities. This also enables to guard the client's property effectively by using physical force wherever necessary without violating the law of the land. We ensure periodical Medical checkups, COVID -19 Checkups, and other health measures for all types of Security Level Personnel.
