Job Responsibilities:
Handle company frontier with strong and smart interpersonal and communication skills.
Manage visitors and customers in the first place and take action as per policy.
Attend incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information and establish smooth connection/transfer of staff members if needed.
Assist in proper attendance management along with #Admin and #HR Departments
Responsible for maintaining staff movement and visitor record
Manage documents, couriers, parcels, etc. Including posting and recordkeeping
Ensure proper access control for staff and visitors

Educational Requirements:
Graduate from a reputed institution, HSC may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
Additional Requirements: Age at most 30 years.
